DPG Sierra Leone Discourse Community
Do you want to help shape the discussions and learning on the future of open-source and digital public goods in Sierra Leone and beyond?
We’re selecting 4 outstanding Community Moderators to lead discussions, welcome new members, and help grow our shared DPG ecosystem.
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for highly active community members who:
• Start thoughtful discussions
• Respond with insight and support
• Contribute consistently and respectfully
• Help new users feel at home
Selection Criteria: Top 10 in Core Engagement Categories
To be eligible, you must rank in the Top 10 users for each of the following categories during August 1–31st, 2025:

Final Selection and Rewards
The final four Community Moderator winners will be selected based on their cumulative points, as well as a qualitative assessment of their tone, consistency, and helpfulness.
Other high-performing participants ranked in the Top 10 to Top 20 may also receive rewards, including:

What Do Moderators Receive?
- One MiFi device per moderator for managing the forum with a 3-month subscription.
- Official Community Moderator Badge and backend access
- Featured presence in DPG newsletters, reports, and events
- Potential renewal for the role and subscription based on continued performance and activity
